I have stayed at walmart parking lots, rest areas, and on the side of a road on federal ground.

Walmart was bright.
Rest areas are kind of loud throughout the night as semis are pulling in and out.

But hey, who cares, we are there to hunt. Whatever it takes.

Man you guys are brave, I'm not sure I could sleep in my car in this day and age.... unless I could sleep with one eye open and my pistol in one hand. :)

I don't know how you guys do it. I need a place to shower, drop a deuce, cook a meal, etc.. So motel only for me. Or a cabin. Gotta have something like that. I couldn't do the back of the truck thing.

I have spent the night in the back of a truck at the marsh once. It was nice out and I slept really good, so good in fact I didn't wake up until it got light out. Though I will say the coyotes howling nearby was a little spooky... and I'd rather have something covering me if it started to rain!

Depends on the law enforcement official. I've slept at the base of my tree numerous times under the context of "waiting for daylight". I've gotten some laughs from the COs.
