What is the 500 club?

I keep seeing it mentioned on this board? What the heck is the 500 club?

Once you hit 500 posts, you can ask to be entered into this club. I assume it is for the more serious beast hunters out there. You will see discussions there that don't show up otherwise. For instance, it sounds like there has been a lot of talk about Dan's new video series on that site. I didn't even know about it till recently when it was posted on the open forum.

It also let's you vote at the end of the year for the big buck contest.
