HELP!! STEALTHSTRIPS

Unread postby EthanHogan1 » Thu Jan 07, 2016 3:00 am

I see a ton of videos on how to apply to sticks, but none on how to apply to stand. I received no instructions from stealth outdoors

Any for a lone wolf. Or is it just a wing it kind of thing and make everything quite?

You should of had a diagram of a LW in the stealth strip package. I just did mine for the first time last week. The edges of the stand, bottom of the seat, cables and post are key areas. As far as a video tutorial I never found one. Just lay them all sour before you peel the back. Make a game plan, hunt the game plan. Take your time and it will come out

All I got was a piece of paper that says what I ordered ha... No diagram. Maybe I'll wait and get the diagram and do a video as I do the strips

That was my next suggestion is to contact Lou! He's a stand up guy and I was willing to bet he would do what he's doing.

I got the diagram, but in order to use it on other things, I just put them on the contact points.

First couple are a bit intimidating, after that it is pretty easy.

May want to wrap some paracord around the sections that get lot of boot wear as the strips can begin to peal in these areas after a lot of use.

All u do is wrap it around the front of stand where bow or other gear might hit while pulling up, i also did my seat post and cables, to me the moat inportant part is where the bottom of the seat makes contact with the platform shut it down on there every which way you can and strip the seat cast where it needs it.

I just wrapped the sticks then cut 1 inch holes around where the washers are with a razor blade. The holes with just a bolt I just punched a hole. Worked great.
