Can't Sleep

Went to bed too early last night.....what to do before sunrise? Reviewed on line aerial photos, topos in the house and made a sandwich.

Only have (2) days of bow season before a one day break and then our rifle season opens. Don't know if I'm stressed, anxious or feely the pressure to "get it done" before gun season.

Have reviewed in my mind the approach to my selected tree and now second guessing.....


Anybody else get this way or am I nuts?

Tired now.....will take a quick snooze and head back out.

Deer activity has slowed to a crawl, no sightings this morning.

Maybe do a few "shakes of the day" and sign-ins tonight....that will keep me up a little longer at night and sleep in until 4:45am.

I have faith man, keep at it. I learned the hard way this year that second guessing is not always the best. Go with your initial instinct.

Well if you're crazy you are in good company. Many times throughout the entire year now (THANKS DAN ) I will have trouble sleeping thinking about where to hunt, or where a buck might be bedding and will get up and decide I am going to hop online for just a few minutes and the next thing I know it is 3 or 4 hours later.
I have gone to work on very little sleep more than once because of this kind of stuff.
