I come to the beast daily 4-5 times a day, but it's a brief view of new posts and topics I'm following. I maybe on for 10 mins at a time but generally less. Whereas when I'm scouting it's usually several hours, hunting several hours, prep stands, glassing, etc. Just for a months sake...5 trips daily of 10 mins would equate to 5.83 hours a week, 25.2 hours a month, and 303.1 hours a year(Beast time). I scout in March/April when snow is down or almost gone every weekend both Saturday and Sunday for about 4 weekends in a row averaging 5 hours a day=40 hours. Then I will scout June/July/August/ and very lightly in Sept when they start rubbing velvet off. I average about 15-20 hours a month during this time. So I'd say another 50 there. Then once hunting season comes along I spend on average of 4-5 hours on stand with time change and also longer sits and rut, etc. I also hunt about 40 sits a season. So 160 hours there. Which would give me average of 250 hours of in the woods time. Without being absolutely precise, it's a fair assessment. So my answer would be the BEAST. At first glance, but there are times when I'm not on the Beast every day, or even check it as often. So I think it's much more closer to being a dead even draw.

Woods beats the Beast in my world.
Looking at someone's post count in relation to their joining date would give a clue too.

I thought this too but it doesn't really give time on, could be reading and not posting, too many variables in that one. But I too thought this DNG

Spend more time on the beast. With 4 kids at home and all their activities it doesn't leave much free time. I often have weekdays off and I try to sneak out for a couple of hours to build my knowledge of my current hunting parcels and the new piece of public I have been focusing on. It's all about what's important to you and finding time to enjoy your hobbies/passions.

I spend a fraction of time in the woods as I would like.

I am on the beast more than in the woods, but I am scouting maps more than on the beast, by far.

Definitely the beast. I would love to have it the other way around

More time on the beast. Even if I didn't have kids and a wife with a demanding job, the desk time at work keeps my beast hours high. Time in the woods use to be a lot more casual. I'm more of a hard charger now. Work hard, Play hard. Although the lack of time in the woods does make you feel a little washed up.

Minute for minute way more time in the woods. I've never done an all day sit on the beast. Plus with land management, Turkey hunting, and scouting.

I certainly spend enough time screwing off at work logged onto this site, but not if I have a chance to hunt. Spysar must be giving the deer a break judging by the flurry new threads (with polls) created recently...

With 2 young kids and my wife and I working opposite schedules I spend more time on the beast to learn and hopefully make my limited woods time count more...

With off season, after dark and while at work add it all up no doubt more time on this site.

Now time off of work woods time beats Beast time by a large margin. If I have a day off I'm in the woods or on the water.

I can be on the Beast 24/7/365 I cannot spend that much time in the woods. I am often on the Beast long after dark. I think this answers the question.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.
