Way to much circumstantial situations and ifs without any factual proof. You said you caught him in camera and kindly informed him of the boundaries. Sounds like that was handled unless you've caught him so more. You don't know when he shot that deer..pre your time in the woods at 3pm. If it was me, I'd leave the gentleman alone. If he's violating or trespassing and you have proof, it's your call at that point, but without knowing the facts your incriminating a potential innocent person. If he's on his own land and choosing not to wear orange dragging his deer out I'm thinking he's not concerned with someone shooting towards or on his own land. Just food for thought.
