I found these two buck beds that are only about 200 yards apart. Should I get in between the two? The entire area is about 80 acres. There's acorns all around through the hardwoods. They also cross over the creek into the housing areas to feed at night. I'm assuming they're bedding with their backs to the cliff and watching the creek/cattails. I did find a couple stands back up on top of the ridge in the pretty hardwoods. No real hunter evidence down in the swamp.
Yellow circles = Buck Beds. The ridge is pretty steep. I had to climb it on all fours.
Buck Bed 1
Buck Bed 2
The Cliff - Deer could climb it, but it's really rocky and I can't imagine they'd want to climb except to escape danger. The picture doesn't quite show how steep it is.
Found 2 buck beds. Now how to hunt them?
