How would Andre find these monsters and actually hunt them? Did someone tip him off to where they were located and then he gained access? Or did he actually scout that much ground in order to originally locate the bucks himself?

I'm also curious if someone can dig up a pic of that Langlade county buck? I'm not sure I've seen that one...... I tried to find a pic unsuccessfully.

One he grew on his property - the one he shoots on the Marsh bucks DVD. The others he found scouting.
Not really surprizing to me, I have hunted several bucks that would be current state records for archery if I got them... I have just not been as successful as Andrae. Less time hunting / scouting and more at work I suppose.

This is the best picture I could find. It was scanned from one of my old Wisconsin Trophy Records books from the Wisconsin Buck & Bear Club.
I actually saw this buck around 1995 when it was on display for awhile at Timberline Taxidermy just north of Antigo on Hwy. 45

Some record book bucks not mentioned in Dan's list might have been measured by a different club, like B&C.

could be... But most people allow the Buck & bear club to enter there trophies there to since its free...
