Need a new grunt call? What you guys use?

I agree will most posts above. True Talker for soft close calling, Primos Buck Road for loud aggressive calling and the Extinguisher for everything in between. I have all three.

Do you carry all three, or choose situationally?

True talker or learn how do it with your mouth, I've honestly had better results with mouth grunts/bleats than any production calls.

I've just been using my own voice as well. The reed never sticks when it gets cold out and it's always ready when I need it.
