My pistol incase i run into any crazies (hears stories) yes I have a ccw

Re: Hang and hunt? What do you take
Archery - Stand & Sticks w/ bow and release & headlamp
If I get a deer I will pack up & get to my vehicle where my CamelPak is with everything else I need.
This let's the deer expire and maybe even enough time to get a buddy to help retrieve.
Gun - CamelPak, gun & bullets.
My CamelPak has 32 oz of water in the bladder, knife, gut kit (2 Freezer bags for organs, some paper towels & surgical gloves), Hunters Gold (T.P.), pen, food, rope, flagging tape, flashlight, sling

Am I just blind or do I have a crutch? No one is carrying binos?

I don't carry bino's anymore unless I know the spot I'm setting up in is fairly open. My rangefinder is magnified so works great for getting an up close look at something in thick cover.

Re: Hang and hunt? What do you take
This looks like a lot, but it's because I added some details. I think it's still pretty minimal compared to my last season! :)
Assault
Sticks
Bow
Release
Phone
Pull rope
Headlamp
Harness/line mans belt/tree strap
2 carabiners (use both with linemans belt, then transition 1 to tree strap and use the other to hang my quiver from my seat)
License(s) and tags
Phone charger (yup, because I don't want to be out there with a dead phone and they're like $10)
Optional (sometimes I do, sometimes I don't)
Rangefinder
Grunt
Antlers
I feel like I'm forgetting something. I always feel like that though.

Re: Hang and hunt? What do you take
Lone wolf Assault + 4 climbing sticks
Eberlstock Pack- Muddy camera arm, Vortex Binos, Harness strap, bow rope, knife, outer layers, safety harness
Camera bag/Fanny- DSLR, Canon G30, Go Pro, extra batteries for all, headlight, rangefinder, mics, lens pen, prime lens, release, phone
Bow, quiver, arrows
GPS around neck
Depending on where I'm headed I a lot of times need hip waders. I strap my boots to my stand with kwik straps and change at the tree.
