I leave mine on but I also have the stokerized ss1 stabilizer so I can tip it out to balance left to right.

Always on! Quieter bow when released, less movement.

Off. Had bad experiences with it on hitting stuff while getting in position to draw.

exactly! my bow is in my lap most of the time I am in the tree. I want to be as still as possible.

I always had it on with my old bow. Now I have it off. If you decided to use it be sure to practice with it on.

Since the bulk of my experience is run and gun hunting for elk always on. Even while treestand hunting. My arrows impacted in a different place when I took it off. It is quick and handy to leave it on. But in medium to higher winds it catches alot of air and makes getting on target much harder.

With my Lyme disease I've gotten so weak. That when I start up again with a newer lighter bow i'll go to a catquiver . To keep the bow as light as possible. My left shoulder and arm (bowarm) suffered alot of nerve caused atrophy. I know my old out of date bow is heavier than the new models but I think I'm going to need to go as light as possible. So I'll have to figure out a new system for quick access to the arrows.

Off. I shoot all year with it off, no sense making my bow feel differently when in the woods.
