Wrapping Lone wolf seat post

Unread postby huntinsonovagun » Sat Sep 12, 2015 5:06 am

What are you wrapping the upright seat post with to help keep it quiet in brush, etc. Is there a precut stealth strip? I sent a couple questions about that on stealth strips site but never got a response.

Black athletic tape works very well and is cheap.

I used stealth strips, not sure if there is a specific sized strip for the post, I just cut pieces.

I just did mine...forget what size I used..I pieced it together...I actually wrapped around it horizontally not vertically..made it easier IMO...

A bit time consuming to do a stand and sticks...but man...it made a huge difference...my stick talons shipped today...will have to take pics when they come and my stand is done..

I used stealth strips as well. I don't believe they have precut stealth strips for the seat post. Or at least they didn't when I bought them last year. I would recommend them though, great product, Lou is a great guy.
