The new scoutlook app is work GREAT for me. Have you tried uninstalling the previous and reinstalling the new one. The new one is a big improvement over the old one.

My radar has a great wind direction feature.
Most of the time I use micast. Cost $ though.
Working outside I rely on micast almost daily

What are you using it for the most?
I'm reason they call it hunting and not shooting.

Radar and forecast. I have found it to be way more reliable than accu weather.
During hunting season, I use the wind direction map for real time info

Re: whats a good weather app
Radarscope is the best radar app IMO. Takes level II radar data straight from the NWS satellite and the radar data is not stripped down like those free radar apps and websites have. It does not offer things like wind, temps, barometer though.

I was so pi$$ed that they "upgraded" it, the old version was way better. The new one works great on my tablet but not at all on my older smartphone. They have to realize not everyone runs the latest, greatest mobile device. From what I have played with the new version on my tablet it is not near as user friendly as the old.

I like this as a comparison with wunderground and a few others to try and nail down specific regions within your state...
