Bill Winke wrote this blog back in July and I just read it. It's the story of a buck he killed on a farm in Colorado back before he started filming. I thought it was a good read and he even drew a diagram which we all love. He used some unconventional tactics that he would never try on his own farm.

Yea I miss when he used to hunt like that and write about it. Now its food plots and box blinds. Good article.
That is close to the CO state record for archery whitetail. It looks like the state record is 195 inches for archery whitetail.
