Looking at adding another portable treestand

Unread postby attackone » Thu Jul 30, 2015 2:52 am

Im looking at either getting the XOP Enforcer or a XOP Air Raid....right now my main treestand to use is my treesaddle but sometimes i like to take a break and use something with a platform. I have plenty of sticks so getting the hang on wont be a issue. I have used a climber for most of hunting years but have thought about going with the hang on route for being mobile. Most of the trees i hunt out of are straight so a climber isnt a issue, just not sure about using a hang on as a mobile treestand. Any suggestions would be grateful.

Lone Wolf is probably the most popular hang on here.

Lone wolf is the most popular on this site and it is for sure the most stealthy however for other characteristics you may want to check around and find the one you like best. There are other good options.

I guess my main question is a climber or a hang on and sticks for another mobile set up

x2 if budget is in play..stand is only 120 and 3 pack of sticks are only 99, the stand platform isn't as good as the other though but for the price doesn't seem like a bad set up

I thought the Big Game Bravada was a good looking stand at 12 pounds...its metal but has some kind of coating on it that feels stealthy.

I feel I need to comment on the Big Game Bravada. I along with my cousin bought this stand for the 2015 season. We really like the specs and for the price we paid, we thought we had a deal. Both us have sold our Bravadas. My cous bought the Lone Wolf Alpha and is loving it. I am still decided b/w the LW and the XOP.
