How old is this buck?

I was wondering how old you guys think this buck is?

He has a nice rack yet looks like a younger deer.
I just got this picture the other night.

I figued 3.5 because of his slender body Thanks for the input. I have also noticed that from past years trail cam pics that bucks must lose alot of wieght from now until gun season. I gotten pics of a big heavy deer then getting a pic of him 3 to 4 weeks later and he looks alot smaller and even younger because his belly gets much slender. The buck im talking about here is a buck that was 3.5 years old and I killed him during gun season 08 and had him tooth aged by my taxidermist.
