Pepin county, wi

Anyone here hunt in Pepin county, wi? Just checking on what you have been seeing for deer movement. It's been slow for me, but I feel that it will be rocking soon. Tons and tons of scrapes are showing up now.

I'm not in Pepin county but right next door in Pierce county. Starting to see some of the little fellas acting up. Nothing big happening yet though - should be soon.

I will be heading out there on Sat. Last time I was out there fo the youth hunt, we didn't see a deer. Good to hear it is picking up.

Years ago my dad hunted the Pepin area. He absolutely loved the area.

I hunt right across the river in Wabasha county Mn. Im kinda happy to hear its been slow, because it has been for us too. I was starting to wonder if we had the wrong setups or something because there is some good sign around just not seein much. Sounds like a good cold snap comin next week, possibly snow showers so that should get them going.
