Start with an alice pack frame. I put pipe insulation over the frame with HVAC duct tape.
Attach pack frame to bottom of hang on with three hose clamps.
With this particular stand the seay folds back toward the tree quite a bit, put my six mini sticks on the seat and bungee.
The day pack shoulder strap's go over the end of the stick's, and the waist strap's go around everything and clip.
The alice pack frame and stand weigh nine lbs.
Six mini's weigh nine lbs.
The day pack weigh's too much. :shade:
Plenty of room to strap on extra clothes.
18' up any tree with ease.
Pack frame can be easily taken off the stand and used for another or to pack out a deer, or just leave it on....

One heck of a set up. Looks like it functions well. I have been starting to limit items on some hunts lately. Take what I need only. Good luck
