I believe much of Missouri is a sleeper state.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.John 3:16 KJV

I actually just got back from Putnam county MO. I don't know where that is in conjunction with Shelby, but I hunted with a guy that has had the same lease for 8 years and he said that northern MO is much better hunting than southern MO. The farther the north you can get the better! We were covered in deer.
