Whitetails Inc.

Unread postby Indianahunter » Mon Oct 11, 2010 10:25 pm

Todd Pringnitz has a new video website detailing mainly the preparations for his seasons. I thought some here may enjoy it.

Lot's of whining and sloppy trim jobs if you ask me. If you were trimmed out like that on the public land I hunt you would have every hunter in the area in your spots. Sure looks like he's got some nice spots to hunt though.

Good videos! But he is complaining about trimming which is a part of hunting. But he does use lone wolf's! :D

I like whiteknuckle productions and how they document the season. The host isnt my favorite but, they put down big down year after year, work hard, put out some good footage, and are passionate about hunting the DIY way. Would way rather watch that then pro's hunting guided land all the time. Hats off to them

Todd used to help Andrea with Engineering drawings. So I have known him for a while. He needs to back off on the caffeine  But he is an alright guy. He always takes time to come over at the deer shows and ask how my season was and do the customary trading of new release DVD's...

If you ever meet Todd, ask him about the time he kissed Pat Reaves at the Illinois deer classic

I like Todd, always chat with him @ the iowa deer classic.

I like to compare him to a 3 year old bird dog, quite exciteable!

I talked with Todd on the phone one time. He seemed alright. There's a guy on his crew (Walt) which visits this site here and there which whom I think Is great guy. If I was ever to support Todd It wouldn't be because of Todd but rather because of Walt.

Yeah he does trim alot. but I guess if you are doing it to get the best possible footage and you do it early enough in the year it probably wouldn't be a problem. In my opinion that is the only bummer of hunting Dans style...you are so close in to the deers bedroom there is no way you could alter things that much and keep that buck there and it is definitely not good for great footage. So I guess it would be difficult to have a Beast Hunting Show other than the way Dan does them now. He could never haul a camera man in that close to film. The plus side is that Dan is about helping little guys like you and me connect on the best deer in out areas knowing most of us are not out there trying to lay down great footage but nice bucks.
I do like Todd though. His hunting style is a bit different then mine but I really enjoy his videos and his enthusiasm.

I am not sure how often Todd updates them. I signed up and get an email notification whenever he posts a new video.
