Another case of Big Brother watching?

Unread postby msailor » Tue Jan 06, 2015 5:28 am

Just heard about this from a friend. Is this sound management or another case of the Big Brother watching over the public land hunter's shoulder?

Personally, this makes me upset. I won't be spending my hard earned dollars in KS any more.

Sounds like permits were required before on these lands but are now offered electronically for convenience.

The change will be required for 2015. I'd believe the "conveniece" argument only if the CO didnt have access to the information from his laptop. Not to mention, this is exactly the reason I go hunting, to get away from the said conveniences. Requiring it to be electronic was crossing the line; I liken it to an iPhone app asking if it can turn on 'location services'
