Dude that's awesome the deer got to ride in the front seat. Me and a buddy stuffed one in the back seat of a Volkswagen bug when we were in high school but never had one in the front. Nice job on the doe! :lol:

Hunted this inside corner of a cut bean field. Facing NorthWest.

Three doe cut the corner from timber to cedars about twenty minutes before sunset..they came out about where the end of the barrel is in the picture...I did not really have time to ID anything. One crossed then the next and then the last. Looked like the big doe was first, definitely a fawn last. I passed on any shot. It was abut sixty yards.

Packed up at the end of shooting time and noticed a big group in the field south of me. As I walked out they ran back into the timber. I marked the spot mentally and should have a good chance at one of them in the next few days. There is a brush pile in a good spot to set up for them.

last day of rifle doe season.....2pm and its 63°.
