How many serious buck fights have you seen?

The breeding thread got me thinking about what I've witnessed in the mtn during and leading up to the rut. I have footage of sparring and it is always mild and contained to late Sept through early Oct. I've never seen 2 or more 3.5+ yr old buck pursuing the same hot doe later in the season. But, it has to happen and when it does I assume there is a serious knock out drag out fight. I've killed several buck with broken tines and battle scars and have seen bucks with busted tines while on stand and on trail cam. So have you ever witnessed a serious buck fight? When was it? How long did it last? How did it affect the winner and the loser? Please feel free to add any other info.

I saw a fight this year. It was violent and quick. The loser walked right by me, and the winner walked away....

I saw one good fight when I was 16. I was squirrel hunting on the farm on a foggy morning I think it was in October that year. I was walking along the edge of a field and found myself walking right behind a nice buck. Kinda weird. He didn't notice me at all as he was going the same direction I was going. Then I heard loud crashing ahead of me up over a little slump on the field. The buck trotted toward the noise instantly. I got over the slump and there were two very big bucks locked together about 50 yards in front of me. The third buck stood there watching. The fight lasted for about 30 seconds and they all tore off across the foggy field after each other. Never seen those bucks again after that. Really wish I had a bow in my hand instead of a 22 caliber.

I've seen a few serious fights and lots of mild ones. All in Wisconsin. I've never seen a fight or even sparring in MN...

Once, between a nice, 130" ten point and a little basket racked 6 point with a massive body. The 6 kicked the snot out of the ten, driving him backwards for 40-50 yards before the big ten could get away from him. I watched the 6 chase the 10 over a ridge and I think the 10 is still running.

I haven't seen any but I've heard a couple. One time I went to where I heard the fight and the brush and grass was destroyed. Even found a couple drops of blood.
