IMO, any animal that is game 365 days of the year with unlimited bag limit shouldn't require a license.

Are you sure about that? Archery license gives you the ability to hunt game with archery equipment, but I believe you still need the license for that specific game. IE - you can't shoot a pheasant without a small game license and pheasant stamp. If you wanted to shoot them with a bow, you'd also need an archery license.
You are correct I forgot to mention the exception is game that requires a separate license or stamp.

Missouri has the sam laws for yotes. Must have a small game license. If I remember right, the only time you cannot kill yotes is during the spring turkey season. I'm pretty sure you need the same license to kill hogs as well, but hogs are "kill on sight" 365.
Speed is fine...Accuracy is final.

To my perception, Coyotes are a legitimate fur bearing animal and a person should be properly licensed to hunt them. They have there place in the animal world... Pigs on the other hand do not belong here and should be able to be shot by anyone with any hunting license.
