Been gone a while

Wow, lot of nice bucks went down, lately. Congrats to all! I was off work for 2 weeks, hunting, with very limited internet access. There have been so many post since I've been gone, it's almost impossible to catch up with all the post. I have been reading the kill zone, catching up on all the great stories. As for my hunt, I didn't fill my tag yet. Have seen lots of deer, but only 2 shooters. Just haven't been on to any big ones, which makes for a frustrating season. Again, Congrats to all who filled their tags, and to those who are still working on it like me, good luck!

Oh, I have seen so many black squirrels lately. I cant not think of you when I see one anymore. Good luck the rest of hunting season.

I was having a rough season as well. I hunted hard beginning in early Sept and did not see my first buck from stand until early Nov. First shooter I saw from stand had an arrow in it less than a minute later.

Momentum can switch swiftly in the deer woods.
