Re: What would you do?
if the water is shallow enough to cross by foot......I'd look for a river crossing.....
but whatever you do, i'd walk the edge... all of it
for whatever reason the area in red has me intrigued ....
an inside turn and a point

Re: What would you do?
went and scouted it today. Found 5 beding areas. phishy was right there is a bed where he marked. Found a place where they cross the creek. a trail pretty much around the whole edge of the tree line. the grass in the feild is over 5 ft. high. one thing that concerns me is there is 4 stands up out there. but one thing about ks regulations is if the owner ain't using it, any one can use it

Re: What would you do?
I would avoid the stands other people put up and try and figure out where the deer are going to avoid them. It's hard to say how many times those stands have been hunted. Let alone, I wouldn't trust the safety of any stand I didn't put up myself.

Re: What would you do?
its simple.....
hunt the area......
you don't see anything???? move.
you know where deer might be bedding, keep the wind in your face, keep out of sight and get as close to the beds you feel comfortable and don't leave sign behind that other hunters can follow
there's no better teacher than experience.
btw way i don't have cameras either
