Standing Corn vs Hills

Unread postby msailor » Sat Nov 01, 2014 5:45 am

A lot of standing corn left in the area I will be hunting this weekend. Would you hunt the edge of the corn in the creek bottoms looking for bucks trying to cut a hot doe bedding in the corn or would you still get up in the hills to look for bucks running the ridgelines in the prototypical spots?

I have been seeing a ton of sign around standing corn the past week, but I haven't been hunting it, been back in the timber and not seeing deer, if that helps, pretty obvious they are burning up the edges but I assumed it was at night, I really need to hunt it to know for sure.
