I usually tag out late October so havnt hunted November in a few years. Still got time for October though.
In November do you see less deer than pre rut but the bucks are bigger?
On our farm it seems like last week of October is the best then November comes and there is little movement. No idea why other than they are lockdown.
Less but bigger in November?

I actually see bigger bucks pre rut and post rut. I see more bucks during the peak of the rut.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

It depends when the peak of the rut is, what the hunter pressure is and what the weather does.
Usually the last few minutes before last call ALL the single men are looking around frantically.

Personally I see more deer in November. Lots of 1.5 to 3.5 chasing and breeding during all hours of the day. your true slobs to me are most vulnerable the last couple days of October and say the 15th to 20th of November where I'm at.

Same here. These next few days are a primo time to kill the biggest buck in the area if you know his happy place. After that it becomes a lottery.
I've never experienced good post rut action in WI due to the timing of the gun season.
