non rea wi license and tags

Hey guys got a question... A buddy is wanting to accompany me to Wisconsin and he needs to order his online so what all does he need to get??? Also could he go the first time buyer route since its his first time in Wisconsin and this Is a archery hunt on private land

Just needs a bow license and yes, he should be able to buy the less expensive 1st time license. Make sure to study the rule changes. They can be quite confusing.
