I was wondering if any of you beasts out there have ever placed a camera on a buck bed to see the activity an relate it to the weather, wind and various other factors that could help learn why they bed where and when they do? Obviously you couldn't put one in plain sight and check it all the time. The thread someone posted not too long ago about letting their camera sit for a year over a funnel got me wondering if anyone's done it over a buck bed. I know you'd want to either have it concealed really well at ground level or up a tree tilted down at the bed and leave it for a long time like a year.

Re: Cameras over buck beds?
I have and a few more others have. You should do a search on the topic.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.
