Going to try a night/day combo and see how it goes.
I was going to get a ground blind this fall anyway because I want to take my son with me on a few hunts and don't have a two seat stand - and at 8 he couldn't sit still anyway. In a blind he could fidget a little and still not spook the deer. Heck - he could even read a book or play his DS! haha

Make sure you check the regs. I know it would be illegal here to be on public land after a certain time most are 2 hrs after sunset. Also it's illegal to over night park on any national wildlife refuge.
