They have terrible footage for the type of show they are trying to produce (industry standard). With no good kill shots they should make up for it in another aspect and they don't.

Re: Whitetail Addictions (Here is the show link)
Andrea just stopped by the Machine shop and we were talking a little about Whitetail addictions and some of the comments made in this thread. He wanted me to let you guys know that there was a glitch either and the rough draft was sent in, thats why the swearing got thru... He says he is sorry about that, and it was not intended to be aired like that.
He don't have any plans to make it a tactical show, and said thats my nitch, and I already have enough people copying me .. He said to cut the kids a little slack, the show should get better as they get more into a groove. He also said an episode about me should air early next season.

The HB crowd is definitely more critical than the average hunting show viewer.

Re: Whitetail Addictions (Here is the show link)
They'll need to do something to draw an audience. The industry is extremely competitive. The industry standard is monster bucks, decent b-roll, and kills in frame. Whitetail Additions only has Monster Bucks IMHO. They need to start by getting up to industry standard! Some things that separate great shows from average industry standard:
Better videography
A storyline that demonstrates preparation
Real world perspective
Tactical detail
They need to embrace at least one (or find something new) to be great!

I wonder if non family member episodes will be better.

I have a good feeling they will.
Maybe it was just me but the constant "My dad..." made the kids come off as spoon fed. I did like Ashley's DIY hunt.

Overall good product, like anything…it will get better as more shows are produced. Look forward to seeing more.

just watched the 3rd episode. i guess for feedback i would say its in the editing. some of the more popular name shows out there are probably dropping big coin on some editing. also i would say especially with self-filming a lighted nock is a must. i enjoyed watching it, they are not all going to be informational. i dont watch these videos for information i come the the HB .

When I WAS WORKING WITH BBO, Andrae hired Jarrod to build his website (Whitetail addictions) Shortly after the fall of Blood Brothers Lone Wolf got mad at Andrae and stopped funding the show... So the website was stopped, Jarrod had access to the private portions of the website and got the contact info from all of Andraes pro-staff and told them that W/A was no longer doing shows but that Andrae was working with him to produce my videos without me, which was not true, and tricked a bunch of them into getting on board. We did not figure that out until they released there pc of crap farm video... So, actually, thats Andraes original pro-staff. Hopefully Andrae is educating them about Jarrod and Lee...
