Lucky dogs, I would really like to hear Marc talk. Maybe we can get him to come to MN next year.

It's not the knowing that's difficult, but the doing.

I've never heard anything negative about the guy, other than maybe his carbon synergy stuff and face masks for mouth odor. Overall I think he's the real deal and consistently gets it done. I'd like to listen to him.

I talked to him for an hour at the Illinois deer classic last year, he is super nice and border line a genius as far as intellectual levels go. I watched his seminar, it was nothing you probably don't know or have tried.

I have his ghillie and spent close to 25 days in it on the ground this fall and 3 days in a tree. If you know where the buck will travel you can wack and stack them from the ground. I was amazed at how much I could move wearing the suit with deer under 10 yards, you can draw down on them when they are looking at you.

I am believer and had a great year, buck fever got me and cost me my chances but having a big mature whitetail at 5 yards and have him look right at you and not bat an eye was unreal at ground level.

I will be attending this seminar, most of the seminars are garbage , at least most in the past 5 years.

I would imagine his seminars would be better than most out there.

This thread has me flashing back to a fast food Mexican restaurant I was eating at the other day. While sitting at a table, a guy walked in that was about 6'2" and stood facing the rest of us. He was wearing a full Ghillie suit from head to toe, with a face screen pulled down and everything.

It was interesting in that my first thought was "Is this guy holding a weapon or about to be?" I'm not sure why, but my instinct was to prepare to defend myself. When he turned and got into the line at the counter, I relaxed a bit. After getting his food, he sat down with his hood off and I could see a Scentlok tshirt underneath. When I walked out and went by the guy I could see that he was in his early twenties. I said, "nice ghillie" as I passed by.

Sorry, I think of ghillie suits when I hear the name Marc Anthony.

Im not done digging. Im 100% certain there was a debate about this somewhere. Unfortunately, when you google Marc Anthony, you get upteen pages about another Marc Anthony who was married to some famous R&B chick singer.

I read about it on AT. One guy in particular was really pushing fraud. I never pay it much mind because most guys that do what others can't end up getting rumors spread about their kills.

I was wondering if it was something like that. Jealousy causes some to start pretty nasty rumors. If there was any truth to him being a fraud it would be all over the internet guaranteed.

And if he was dirty he would have goofed up some where, he's killed more b&c bucks with a bow than anyone, people would have found something over his 30 year career.
