HELP! If you hunt WI often, take a look!

Hey Beast members I need your help!

I am doing a speech on Wisconsin Deer and Deer hunters, and it makes up 25% of my grade for my college course.
PLEASE take the poll I made. I know it is lengthy but I am trying to gather information.
PLEASE comment your opinion and stance on baiting, why you do/ don't bait, your experience with baiting, any conflicts you have had (private or public land), or any other information you would like to include.

In the counties I hunt baiting is not allowed, if it was allowed I still would not bait, do not have anything against it but I tend to jump around a lot and do not think it would do me any good.

Done. The only pro-baiting statements I support apply to mineral lick sites.

Done. I think baiting deer is stupid. Having said that, I could care less if hunters bait in the areas I hunt, because I hunt by following deer sign.

I wouldn't bait deer by choice but would consider mineral site for pictures.

I would support a baiting ban statewide, however I don't have a problem with people who bait LEGALLY.

I don't bait because it is illegal in most of the spots I hunt. If it were legal I still wouldn't bait because I don't think it would produce the results I am looking for, especially on ag/marsh land.

The only type of deer "baiting" I have done is putting out scent drippers on existing scrapes with a trail camera. My cousins and uncles up in central WI have done plenty of baiting and none of them have shot any big bucks with any consistency, so I don't believe baiting is the ticket to success. I do however believe that in the right area, with the right knowledge, baiting could be used as an effective tactic to bag a big buck.

I use to bait 25 years ago........Do what you think is right

Now I don't care for baiting...........maybe could see it for getting a kid a shot at a doe
