Re: deer processing
This is way out of your way, but if ever interested in the BEST place in west central WI. I would go to Sailer's meat market in Elmwood WI. Most of the people in my area take there stuff there if they want the best!!

Once you dive in they are pretty simple to cut up yourself. Ever tried it.

Thanks everyone. I usually cut them myself ,but for some reason I'm always strapped for time and in a hurry.

Brad's Deer Processing between Hubbleton and Watertown.
Great price, great tasting products. And you get your own deer back.

Re: deer processing
I cut up and package my own deer but try to experiment with having sausage and hot sticks made at different meat markets.
My favorite so far is Abler Meat Market in Mount Cavalry.
