2013 Iowa in a nut shell (think your struggling)

I ended up hunting a friends managed land in Iowa this year. I passed on a bunch of deer including some in the 150's waiting for the right buck. On the last evening of the last hunt, my buck showed up. A mature 8 point that was on my target list. He came right in, cameras were rolling, wind was perfect, he came right into my shooting lane turned and stopped giving me a perfect shot, and... I flat out missed.
Well... You win sometimes, and sometimes you don't. But, I am always happy when I am in the game. Having nice bucks go by and getting my chance, I got everything I wanted in that hunt.
