I like the ez hanger because it gets the bow off the tree. I don't like the seat mounted bow holders because I like to stand most of the time. I think your profile in the tree is much better when you stand versus sit.

I like the third hand bowholder on my sit and iclimb as it can hold the bow while i climb. It is also more stable than any others i have seem and is adjustable so u can angle the bow however u like. It works well for standing or sitting. I also aot of time s will juet hold the bow between my legs with it steadied in the lw holder.

Me too. They're awesome.

If restricted, I just keep my bow on my lap. A bow holder is a luxury.

Although I have been considering picking up a Camit by treeline; however, I plan to machine my own variation this winter using lone wolf parts. It will attach to the tree similar to Dan's camera arm. May also attempt an elevated camera mount.

Buy one of those cheap hooks from Home Depot for hanging bikes or other things in a garage(rubber coated). Take it to your local high school or welding shop and have them weld a v bracket with a down leg on it and hold it to the tree with a LW strap.

Why on earth would you not like the third arm, right on your stand??? I can't imagine less ease and motion to pick up your bow. If your bow is on the tree you have to twist your whole body. I can put my release on the string with one hand as I'm grabbing the handle of the bow with my other hand, at the same time, while never taking my eye off the deer. How can it be easier???

I stand up 90 % of the time on stand.
A lot of my shot opportunities would not happen sitting down on stand.
Plus I hate to shoot sitting down.

I had my bow fall out of it one time. Screwed up my bow for a couple days. The holder went in the garbage that night.

I would never trust a holder on the stand.

Hang em only for me.

If you want to kill a deer you have to be in the woods.
