I am going to give one winner and his/her choice of guest a free invite to one of my 2014 / 2015 scouting workshops (a $300 value for the winner and his/her guest)
If you have already attended a scouting workshop, or choose not to attend for whatever reason, you may gift the prize to someone else.
IT MUST BE USED IN THE 2014 / 2015 SCOUTING SEASON, AND MUST BE USED ON AN OPEN DATE THAT WE HAVE SCHEDULED UNLESS YOU WORK SOMETHING OUT SEPARATELY WITH DAN.
We reserve the right to exclude anyone from the contest for illegal or unethical behavior.
Carol has set up the contest as a poll because a poll cannot be altered, not even by us... There is no way to cheat this contest other than for a contestant to lie or violate. So please, do not accuse us or anyone of doing so. If you have a paranoia that the contest is "rigged" just do us all a favor and don't play.
To play, you need to write a story about your hunt, talk about the effort you put into the hunt, Talk about your hardship that made this years hunt more challenging, tell us about the bucks you passed on. Basically tell us why you should win a prize even though you did not score on a buck.
