I got a little flashback on the way he pronounced the word "Keel"...

..A girl I met years ago when doing some work down south...Didn't know she was married...next time I was in town I was told "He's lookin' to KEEL yew".

Tried this on the doe I shot this year, figured it would be a good way to practice up in case I shot a big one way back. Took some time but worked pretty slick. Going to have to remember this guys knee joint trick to cut down on weight.
