Been chasing my tail lately. I sit on a day that seems like it could be good and see nothing all day. Camera shows the deer show up two days later. A buddy of mine works out in the woods all day. Yesterday they never saw a deer while working or drivng. Today he has already seen three shooters chasing does. My thought was, "what is so different about today versus yesterday?". Really, what makes one day better than the next? Or is it just that time of year?

More than anything this time of year- Doe. A spot can heat up overnight just by one doe coming into estrous especially if the buck to do ratio is closer together.

If I knew the answer I would kill more big bucks.
IMO no matter the time of year, weather, moon, etc. some days just randomly show great deer movement. I have no good answer.
