So I have my CWD buck tag and I'm ready to kill. The plan is to go to western WI and try out the hill country for the fist time ever. I don't want anyone to give up their hot spots but if anyone can point me in the right direction that be great? What county or unit or area?

Ill pry get a hotel.

Do you guys recommend the hills for cruising buck over other terrains?

I plan to leave Friday morning and hunt Friday night Saturday and Sunday. I hope I can get onto them in three days.

I appreciate all the help!!

There is a great place right off the exit of 94 and 29 - elk mound exit. Lots of swamp and there is always giant bucks dead on the road right there this time of year.

These areas are great fellas, but Joe is looking for a CWD zone buck. He is tagged out for the rest of the state.
