I saw that too... he already shot a BIG 10pt so I'm guessing next one gotta be a Booner or he will pass. I love giant 8pts though... be hard to pass no matter where u were hunting

That deer is fully mature. I only would pass if I had 10 of them like him already... even then, I don't think I could pass a hoss' like that!

I would have shot it. Then I would have proceeded to shake my fat self out of the tree.

That is how it works for me with big deer. Calm through the shot and hold on for dear life to the tree, so I don't fall out.

I think that deer is already mature... He passed on it cause he wants a booner and feels that one will be a little shy.

Didn't say he wasn't,or that I would've passed. I admired "his" choice. Stating that he will be even better next season.
