 Top Shelf Jackson Marsh.

It's not the knowing that's difficult, but the doing.

I just walked in waist deep water/muck to an island. Much more refreshing in warm weather. Marsh grass about did me in the last few days.

I’m singing this today after a long marsh grass/cattail hike to take care of cams yesterday. It doesn’t hurt till the next day. Much more as you get older. Think I pulled both hamstrings. :o

At least you picked a cool temp day :liar:

I've been lazy and need to experience marsh grass soon.

The heavy rain on the way out felt great except it only makes the marsh grass feel even thicker.

That's great! my first time seeing this. That tall grass is tougher than the hills. Days I hike through that stuff I spend the rest of the day cramping in places I didn't know I had muscles.

now, I'd love to hear an ode to another of my nemesis... the briars...
