My wife just made chili the other night, in fact we've been fortunate enough to completely substitute venison for beef. We are going to try to can some this year.

Looks like a green head? J/k so what's the recipie? If I knew how to cook it without smothering it with Italian dressing, I'd probably actually want to shoot a deer.
