Roasts and burger and scraps for sausage and hot sticks. I'm pretty sure Haen's Meats smiles when I show up at the end of the season!

Venison bacon is really tasty if you have not tried it.

It is not uncommon between my grandfather, uncles, brother and cousins to process 10-20 deer a year for our families consumption. Most other than sticks, bacon, sausage we do ourselves.
