Transition Lines
I have one spot I hunt that goes from hardwoods to thick brush/small saplings to waist high swamp grass. Just wondering which line you would walk during in season hunting looking for fresh sign to set up on? I am assuming the line between the hardwood and the thick brush/saplings but in the Marsh Hunting DVD it seems that Dan is usually walking the edge of the red brush and the cattails. Just would like some insight. Thanks

You can't walk the brush edge and then back up to the tree edge to set up, the buck will know your there. Walk the tree/brush line and look for a good track going in and out of the marsh.
