As a first time applicant I was able to register right online and then purchase a preference point. Use the link that Jackson Marsh provided above and then just enter your social security number/ birth date to get started. Once that is done you get to a page to enter all of your info. Very simple and was done in less than 5 minutes.

Thanks guys! I called ODNR and got my education #. Is there a certain time frame for purchasing a deer tag? I see there is a window for PP.
