There are quite a few 200 + inch bucks that have been brought in from last year. I will post some pics up tomorrow night.

How was the new location compared to the Fair Grounds?
Did you like it as a vendor?

We were at the show for a little bit today. Stopped by but unfortunately we must have picked one of the few times you weren't at the booth.

I liked the fact that it wasn't in the old dark and dingey fair ground building but the building was too small the booths were small the aisles were way to narrow and the mounts were in a separate building. They could do a worse job setting it up but not by much. As a vendor this is the worst show to go to in the mid west by far. They charge the same amount as Iowa and Wisconsin and it isn't even worth half as a vendor. I wanted to give it a try again since it is in my backyard but that is probably the last time I will waste my time and money on that show.

I've never been there and from what I hear I don't want to go it isn't worth the drive. Also isn't there one down in Owatonna.

I made the drive up from the south metro because my brother wanted to enter his buck, and my buddy was working at a booth. With the new owner and new site i thought they might be able to turn the show around and come out with a bang. Needless to say it wasnt anything special, i liked the old one better. At least there were more venders, more room to walk around, and just bigger space in general. Every time i tried to stop and talk i felt like the crowd would just push me along. All around a big waste of time.

They had a field dressing seminar, and the guy running it had everyone go outside where he pulled a dead deer from his trunk and went to work. We joked about going up to the wardens at the wall of shame and saying, "Though you guys might want to be aware but there's a guy dressing a deer outside" lol.
