What are the baiting laws in PA?

I ask because the only benefit here in WI is that baiting is prohibited in CWD areas. I am not a big fan of 'pilers'...

Stinks when they first find it somewhere. They usually get pretty liberal with the tags. And as some may know I am not a fan of anything liberal, I don't even like to follow the directions for Preparation H, it says apply liberally.

Kidding aside. Is this the first report of CWD in PA?

Quote from the article: "The findings are the first on free-ranging deer in the Keystone State. A captive deer on a Pennsylvania deer farm in Adams County tested positive for CWD last fall."

Correct. No baiting in PA. I believe they found CWD in Maryland and Bedford County borders Maryland, so I'm not surprised that if it was found it was down there.
