Getting old

Unread postby dirt nap giver » Tue Nov 27, 2012 2:56 am

Just wondering how much it would cost me to buy a prevailing wind direction on one of my hunts this year? SE, S,NW and then east?!!!!!!!!!! Come on man! I am getting to the point where I don't even want to hunt mornings any more. What am I doing wrong?

Same thing down here, that hurricane blew in just about a 80% rate of easterly winds this year, it sucked.

You gotta watch the cold fronts. The hurricane raised havoc for sure. I hunted a lot of westerly winds after that settled down. Cold fronts normally follow with NW winds. Keep your eye glued to the weather channel. Wind is WNW at 3mph right now, here.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.
